If it has the GRAY Sentry key then it does. Depending on the month of the manufacture date, theSebring may or may not have an Immobilizer on the system. If you have a BLACK key, then no bypass module is required.

You need 2 keys to program any others. Instead of using 556U, use 555C.
To program:
1) 1st key to on (don't start the car) until the theft light goes out
2) 2nd key on, theft light goes out.... keep key on, theft light will come back on flashing, and car will ding once.
3)Remote start with pellet or ring in place... using a wait to start wire to make the unit power up everything without cranking..... it will take 20-30 seconds to learn the new key code.
These instructions also come with the 555c (dedicated Chrysler bypass)
