im lookin for some good loud sirens. i tried the house sirens, theyre OK, but theyre too big. i wanna go with like 4 DEI sirens or something, and hook up my horn to honk with it too...i think thatll be loud enough :D
now, which DEI sirens should i get, and from where? theres what is the loudest siren they make? is it the revenger(515r)?
or if any other brands make sirens that are loud and maybe have a different tone to it than the traditional 6 tone DEI ones, lemme know what models and where i can find those also...thanks for anyones help!
ps, this is getting installed with a compustar 2wss-as on my 97 ford explorer. im prally not gonna use the compustar siren...unless i just buy 3 more of those...where can i get those also?
thanks again for any help.

You could also buy a set of air horns and using a relay hook them up to the siren/horn output. Super freakin loud

Take a look at one of these : "Stebel " nautilus Compact twin tone air horns. Built in compressor etc I got mine in Bangko for less than $10 !! I use it on my eunos here in London. I swear ... Birds fall out of the sky when I use it !! Its great. uses a relay system. The finest motor horn you can buy. Hits 139 db at 4inches. 115db at 2 mtrs.If that is not loud enough try a grenade !!

Quality is suspect although he has had it now for at least 3 years. It is loud - louder then any other siren I have heard - you can barely hear is horn honking at the same time.
Ill have to see about the sound clip.

def. agree with an airhorn. almost blew my eardrums off while testing out an alarm . And most of them come with their own 12v pump.
