I am looking for a simple starter disable system without alarm or remote start.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Look on Top Left of this Page...........under Relays, should be something there

OR

SPDT Relay
1 or 2 amp Diode across PIN 86 & PIN 85 with stripe facing PIN 86

Cut Starter wire in half:

PIN 86 & 30  = Ignition switch half of cut wire
PIN 87a  = Starter side of cut wire
PIN 85 = Negative Output from Alarm while Armed or one side of Toggle switch & other side to GROUND
