having problems with the door trigger in a 03' yukon denali & 03' suburban. have the 457g in both that wires up to the diagnostic plug, but the door pin output wire doesnt work... any help on this would be appriceated...

Try going thru the domelight circuit since it works in conjunction with the door pins...

Had this problem once before if you pull off the driver side A pillar you'll see a gray/black wire.  Take the gray/black of the 457 and hook up to that.  SHould work fine for you.   The gray/black wire in the a pillar should read as a positve door trigger with a domelight delay.

also...make sure ur domelight over-ride is not turned on....i have had problem with cars....if the doemlight override is on the door trigger wil not work with the 457g

Look above the driver's left foot; there is a junction block with a black plastic cover.

You will see that a thin harness exits the junction block, and runs toward the driver's body. Then it turns left, goes behind the underdash diagnostic plug. Then it goes up through the driver's fuse box (it is wrapped with foam tape there) and up the A-pillar.

Just open up that harness wherever you want to get the domelight wire---inside the fusebox is probably easiest, because there is plenty of slack there.
