      Uh I think you mean gague of wire. In wich case 12-16 guage would be fine. If you really ment wire loom use the smallest that will fit around the wire.

      so 16 gauge will be able handle the amp draw? its for the wire that goes from the battery to the switch then to the actuator.

      Actually I would reccomend 12 guage. I shouldnt have posted 12-16 thats my bad.

      i would reccomend anything larger than your stock wiring guage, if you are running the 12v longer than 4 ft, i would use 12 or 10 guage min. 10 is a overkill sometimes, unless you have a 4 door with sunroof all being activated at the same time.

      hi, it's only for a two door, the motors and switches are from a higher spec version of my car (Fiat Punto), the wiring that is on the door wiring loom doesnt seem to be as high gauge as 10 i would say it looks more like 12 or 14. would it be too dangerous or risky to use 16?

      14guage will be fine. remember use the appropriate fuses to protect your wirings.
