Second ignition will test one of two ways. It will test with the key switch in run position only, or will test just like main ignition. Like main ignition, it will never show power in the accessory position. If the second ignition shows power only in the run position then the accessory output of a remote start device may be used to power the wire.

are you talking about the wire in the vehicle's ignition harness; or the output wire from a specific remote starter?

either way; need vehicle info and RS info

generally ignition wires are powered during crank; acc wires are powered in run position, off during crank; you can always test with a DMM

Well there could be 2 ignition 1s and 2 ignition 2's. in wich case there would be 4 wires that could be pos in run, off in acc position and 2 in crank. Normally Ign 2 is not powerd during crank however I think some new cars this has changed. Some even drop out when starting and there is no start wire. So as you can see without knowing what vehicle your working were not sure what you have. posted_image

I am talking about the wire in the vehicle's ignition harness.

But you give me a new question, so what's starting oder? Acc-->IG1/IG2-->IG1/START-->IG1/IG1/ACC?

May be better to state Vehicle Year, Make & Model........
There are different IGNITION setups and how they function when you turn the key to ON & Start

Since I'm not really understanding the answers posted here I'll add my 2 cents.  The second ignition in a car may have power durring crank, but they don't always have power in crank.  As for the order of output at least for dei systems it goes IG1/IG2, Start, strat drops and accys are powered.

So how about the 2nd ignition output from remote starter? Does it have output during cranking?

Yes it will... That it why it is an ignition output. Ignition outputs don't drop during crank like an Accessory will.
