Car  -  97 ford explorer ( eddie bauer)

Alarm - Syctek galaxy 8000

When i try to remote start my car, it does not crank up. The radio and stuff comes on but not the ignition. I tried turning on the car first and after letting the car  run for 3 minutes. I took the key out and then tried the remote starter again, At that time the ignition crank on properly. The third experiment i tried is after waiting 6 hours. I tried to remote start my car again. And soon enough i had the smae results from the first experiment which was only the radio and power come on.  so I stuck the key in the ignition and tried the remote start and the car remote started properly. So is there any theory to sum all three experiments up as to what is going on.

Did you install a bypass for the factory immobilizer?

sounds like your car needs a transponder bypass. When the remote start fails, look for a flasking light on the dash that says THEFT. If you see it, then you need to bypass the P.A.T.S. (passive anti-Theft System).
