How to connect 6 wires backup siren?

I have a siren here comes with the alarm. There is not instruction on manual.

5 wires are: black, red, yellow, blue, green.

And there is a small-short blue wire comes out from the siren head.

Anybody helps? Thanks

whats the brand, most likely the black is ground, red is 12v constant, yellow, blue, green are either neg siren input, pos siren input, or ignition
