I have 2 ACC lines on my car that need powered during the remote start process.

One I assume is for engine controls and the other controls my radio, HVAC controls.

This alarm has output for just one ACC line.  How do I wire up the 2nd?

You will need a 30/40 amp SPDT relay and wire up like this:

  • 86 : GROUND OUT WHEN RUNNING
  • 30 : to ACCESSORY 2 wire on vehicle
  • 85 : to Accessory wire on Remote starter
  • 87 : 12 Volts CONSTANT
  • 87a: NOT USED

Thanks Jeff; 2 ?s though

what do you mean by ground out when running?

Where can I tap that 12v suppl from?  Would it be safe to take it off the same line as the alarm 12v?
