Connected the remote start to the vehicle it starts just fine, but the door locks will not work.  I looked up the printout and found that it should be bown & pink and pin 45 & 46 at the BCM.  However my BCM only has 40 pins.  I found a couple sets of wires and was able to hook it up as reverse polarity,  but in this way it will only lock and unlock one door the other three doors are unaffected.  Any suggestions?

been there done that, unless you're talking about places other than this site.  None of the other forums apply to my specific situation!

SECU under the dash...drop it down. its got 2 large white connecters in it. Look at the one with the MOST WIRES. on the pass. side of that plug youll see a couple spots on the plug missing wires.....take the top one, on one side of the 2 blank spots...you got a RED / white stiped wire, on the other side of the blank spots you have a grey wire. The whole next to the RED / white is the unlock and disarm, the one below that is lock and arm......you need to "plug those spots with your own wires"  PM me and Ill send you a picture of the SMCU

These wires are only available on vehicles with left front only power window anti-pinch system. On vehicles with left AND right front power window anti-pinch system, use the factory alarm arm and disarm wires for door locks.

lock brown unlock pink 1st system

arm pink/blue disarm white with blue
Meter this wire while turning the key in the driver door key cylinder.
This wire will also lock the doors.

That is what I do.
