According to the Ad: Multiple signal detection for remote start - Tach, High-Voltage & Oil sensor
So there shoud be a way to program TACH signal
You could use a Fuel Injection wire OR
Tach Signal | WHITE/ PINK | AT POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE * | * Powertrain Control Module Is Located On Passenger Rear Of Engine Compartment------------- MO

tachometer input or high-voltage sensing input wire. this input provides the module with information about the engine's resolution per minute (rpm). connect to the vehicule's tach wire.common location for a tachometer wire are the ignition coil, instrument cluster, fuel injectors,or engine computers.the correct wire shows between 1v to 6v (ac)and fluctuates with the idle of the engine when testing with a multi-meter capable of testing ac voltage. note:this wire has the same function with the high-voltage sensing input,so it is alternative solution when voltage sensing input does not supply satisfactory operation.if connect to the high-voltage sensing input, you must coil this wire 5 loops onto the high-voltage from the engine distributor . that what i have in the user manual tank's

hello, i have done a few of those vans for remote starts and i have found on some that where they suggest (coil, pcm, etc) sometimes doesn't give off a strong enough signal, i've always gone to the injector (there should be one commen colour to each and one odd, take the odd colour) and put the PURPLE / white wire to that...then somewhere in the manual it should have adjusting the tach, or tach settings, just because the other remote start was programed for your vehicle doesn't mean that every other starter will be. that's a setting inside the unit itself. all remote starters have a tach setting and a way of setting or adjusting it (if not, in my opinion, throw it away)
