What the wiring for a trunk relay if the alarm is shooting out a negative and I have a positive trunk release?

All you need is a spdt relay. Pins 87 and 85 go to a positive 12 source. Pin 86 will be the wire from your alarm that gives you the negitive pulse. Pin 30 will attach to the trunk release wire in the vehicle.
