I have an Autoloc Remote Starter and Autoloc Keyless. I saw this antenna on their site sold in a kit with another remote start+keyless combo so I ordered it thinking it would make my range better. Well I got it and it is basically a small box with an antenna sticking out of either side, then a wire that is long and has an RCA plug on it. I have nothing to plug into an RCA plug on my stuff. Anyone know how I can hook that up? I was thinking of cutting the plug off and then soldering it to the antenna from the keyless brain but the antenna is coaxial and the and brains one is just a small wire. Can I do this?

I'd call the company for this one, usually the antenna is sensitive to being cut.. at least in my experience..

OK I found a stereo plug and cut it to make an adapter. Supposing I can cut the attenna and extend it do you think this would work. The non-RCA end of the adapter will be soldered onto the end of the wire antenna coming from the brain. I know the RCAs are actually 2 wires in one, so I stripped the end of the adapter one and then cut out the insulation on the inside to make sure it made a 2 to 1 sort of deal.
