Remote start for 2003 Ford diesel

                       Installing remote start by Bulldog on 2003 Ford F250 diesel. Am looking for wiring diagram for pickup

have fun. i just did one and couldnt find a tach wire anywhere, i got 10 different stories from 10 different people

Yeah, you're not really going to find a tach wire on a diesel. The tachometer is run off of a crangle angle sensor and that doesn't really work with most remote starts. Plus, on the new vehicles, alot of that is done via the vehicle's data bus. The best way is to just use something that has a good current sensing circuit and some type of glow plug delay. Here's some info on a '02 truck but it should match up.
