Subject: 791XV Alarm Trigger wire?

Is there a wire on the 791XV that gives a + or - signal only when the alarm is triggered besides the siren wire?  I have 2 small sirens in the cabin that I do not want to chirp on arming or during the warn-away sequence as they are triggering my 506t audio sensor.  Status output perhaps?  What is that exactly anyway?

Thanks again to everyone who has answered previous questions.  I will definately be donating to the forum, you guys have been a great resource.

you can use H4 has a - horn output (brown) which you can set constant and use that for the sirens, it will only trigger when the alarm is going off.

I dont see an h4 in my wiring diagram, or anything listed as a horn output.  I have a brown siren output and a brown + brake shutdown wire.  Where should I be looking?

Brown wire is the same wire for Siren which is the same wire you can use for horn from a relay. Why not tap into the same siren wire?

Siren chirp will activate relay on arm and during warn-away sequence.  That chirp is setting off my audio sensor in the interior.

You may not have the horn output on yours.  Dei added it to the 791 very recently so there are still those that do not have that output.  The easiest way possibly to make it so the interior sirens don't setoff the audio sensor is to wire up a relay to disconnect the audio sensor when the sirens are activated.  IF you need it here's how.  85-ground. 86 to brown siren wire.  87a to one side of audio sensor blue wire.  30 to the other side of the audio sensor blue wire.  Forgive me if I got the wire color wrong for the audio sensor I know it's either blue or green it's been a while.
