I have installed a Jensen JKRS3 remote start with a passlock II bypass. Everything works ,ie doorlock, unlock,start,however I cannot get the factory alarm to arm via the remote start transmiter.I've searched the wiring diagrams here but can only find the alarm disarm wire.The alarm will set if I use the factory transmiter.

Does't it ARM at the Door Switch? I don't remember a way to ARM without the Factory Transmitter or at the Door Switch.
You may have to ARM at the Door when you want it to work & DisArm with your Jensen, if you want to carry one Transmitter

Use a rearm pulse to go to the tan wire in the black plug at the BCM and you will have arm, as well it will turn the radio off when the starter times out.
