Subject: ABS Light & Remote Start?

On my 00 Honda Accord with Viper 550ESP (RS) Recently, whenever I remote start I get the ABS light and it doesn't go out.  If I key start everything works normally (the light comes on and then goes out).

Anyone have any ideas as to what recently went wrong with the alarm??

you have an accesory wire being powered during crank.

test all your wires with the key and find out which one's stay on during crank and which ones drop during crank and set starter up accordingly

Which wires would cause the ABS light to stay on?

Like extreme1 said, just test each wire while operating the remote start, and see which one is not working properly.

The accessory wire that comes on while the key is in the radio position---you don't even need to power that one up at all if you don't want to.
