I had my Nitro 2-Way BMW car alarm installed today. For some reason the remotes won't program and the car won't acknowlege that there even there. How do you get the remotes to work?

There's no programming procedure in the manual, you may have to call the company monday..if there even is a real company.

humm, ,ya if i was that company i wouldn't put any contact information anywhere either.  You just got legally screwed.  1 last resort would be to e-mail back the guy you bought it from possibly.

So when I call the place I bought it from on Monday, what should I ask them for? Instructions on how to program the remotes?

Just tell them everything thats going on, remotes aren't programed, how can you program them if you can, , if not ask to return it, and get a quality alarm.

Ok so I figured out how to program the remotes. But it just keeps on getting better and better. The alarm works great, but when the doors are open on the car it shows that they are closed on the remote and viceversia. So I can't even use the alarm b/c the doors are "open" on the remote. So now is it still the alarm? Or is it the installer's reversed a wire or two? And I can go to them to fix it?
