Im pretty sure you could because on the Camry's you can program the factory security to do that, but correct me if Im wrong.

Either take your car to Toyota, and have one of the tech's over there and do it, or get yourself a cheap little keyless entry upgrade system.

I work at a Toyota dealership, but I dont start until sunday. Techs dont work sundays, but if I run into one on monday, I'll be sure to ask.

just look for the wires at the keyless module.

POWER UNLOCK GREEN/ BLACK (-) IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL
10-Pin plug, Pin 8

Near that wire test the other wires in the harness until you find one that gives a negative pulse only during the 2nd press of unlock. You'll be best to locate it near the keyless module. No idea where it is on that vehicle. Anyway when you locate the 2nd wire you need to cut it. Not too close to the connecter because you'll need to be able to attach it to another wire. Touching ground to one side of the cut wire should unlock the passenger doors, test until you figure out which. Tap that wire into the GREEN/ Black and they should all unlock on the first press. You can usually use the 2nd press output to power some feature you'd like to add such as window rolldowns etc, just use a relay so you dont overdraw the output and fry it. Otherwise tape up the other end of the cut wire so it doesn't short against anything.

There is a Blue/Black wire that tests (+) on the 2nd press of unlock in the drivers kick panel. Easiest way to access it is to remove your kick panel, and door sill. There should be 2 black harness's of wires inside of them, 1 with just tape wrapped around it, and the other with plastic tubing wrapped with tape. Its in the one thats wrapped with plastic. But remember this tests POSITIVE. Following what iskidoo says requires a nevative, Im still un-sure wether or not what he said will work, but Im just providing you with a (+) trigger wire that unlocks all the doors on the 2nd press of the unlock button

This mod actually is more for the keyless outputs than the locks themselves. When you press the unlock on the transmitter it sends a negative pulse out of the keyless module to the driver priority unlock circuit. The second press sends a negative pulse through another wire to the progressive unlock circuit. Basically if you just take the progressive wire and piggyback it on the driver priority wire the single negative pulse will feed both the driver and the progressive circuits. Just test the wires before you cut and splice for the proper function.
