I just got finished installing a 530T window module on my friends 02 Sierra Denali. I am having an issue with the windows not rolling up all the way upon arming. I have tried all the dipswitch settings, as well as the modification from Directectfax #1900.
The kicker for me is the windows work fine with the truck running; up and down with no trouble at all. When the truck is not running, the windows will both go down with no trouble, but when going up the drivers will stop about halfway and the passenger will usually go up all the way, albeit very slowly, but it will occasionally stop just short of all the way.
Now, time for the solutions I've tried thus far: I've done the modification listed above, I've moved the ground and regrounded to a factory ground bolt; I've wired the unit directly to the motors, not the switches. I've tried running a 10ga cable directly to the battery. All these attempts at fixing have gotten me no closer to having this working correctly.

I'd appreciate any suggestions; I just need a fresh brain.

have you tried another module? might lube up the window tracks, possibly the battery is going bad, not providing enough amperage.
