I'm having trouble with intergrating a black widow
remote start.1st:alarm and start works but it is throwing
codes everywhere.I 've cleared the codes but there is
still a TCM (transmission Controller modual)problem.
I think it might be an induced voltage somewhere,coming
from the alarm wiring,but not positive on that.

Did you isolate the 2nd starter wire with a relay and use a 180 ohm resistor for the 2nd starter wire to negative ? You also have this wire act as an accessory wire through a relay (-) trigger through a 610 ohm resitor.
