I may need to relocate the LED for my viper 2 way. Problem is, the shop that installed my alarm hot glued the LED into a dummy switch, so I can't remove the LED to move it elsewhere. If I just bought a new LED from radioshack, what kind would I need and would I just wire it up like the current one? Thanks.

Meter the Voltage on the LED when it is Blinking or ON
