am having problems with locking. car locks fine but when factory alarm arms, the alarm will no longer open the doors, any segestions?

Sorry didnt explaine clearley alarm is armed, when you dis arm alarm does not unlock, I think the factory unit is blocking the unlock command from the arter market unit. the alarm is a lazerline

were did you pick up the lock/unlock wires @ (color and location) also.....did it ever work properly?

picked up the wires at the alarm box under the seat. BROWN / white lock, BROWN / red unlock. it  works fine  until the factory system arms

try a double pulse unlock, usually the first pulse just disarms the alarm.

or nif it's like the VW, you will need relays as the alarm outputs are too weak to work properly

Factory Alarm Disarm disarms with unlock       
Disarm No Unlock
