Does anyone know of reputable online dealers that sell the Viper 791XV? How can you tell if they are selling refurbished units as opposed to new other than trust?

Go to a real store.com.

While you are at it, pay them to put it in. Take advantage of the lifetime warranty.

Well if you flip to within the first couple pages of any Viper product owner's manual, there is a long boring warranty thing that takes up a couple pages or so....

We do lifetime on everything except the remote, which gets the usual year. If it's installed properly, then your install shouldn;t fall apart, now should it?
