I bought a used 2001 Jeep Cherokee without a keyless remote ( he lost it). I found one on Ebay really cheap and I don't know how to program it. Can anyone help me out? I really would appreciate the help. :)

I think You will need the Dealer to Program

MO,

I had a 1995 Jeep Cherokee that was easy to program the keyless remote, it was right in the manual. Are they (JEEP) making it harder to program a replacement remote?

Thanks for your help. I'm sure it will cost me $$$$$ to have this done :(

10-4............They changed & went to DATA in 1999 ?? ??

If you have a Auto Zone or Parts place check to see if they can do it

Yes, I have a Auto Zone store 15 miles away. Thank God my son has spent a couple of thousand dollars there and they know him by name. Just maybe they will do it for me since he is such a GOOD customer. Thanks
