i just bought a 2000 chev venture with a command start with the # 290l/250in on the main unit. The problem is that when you press the button on the remote, the remote makes a noise tha van doesn't blink (lights) or start. All the fuses are good and the hood switch semms to bee alright. I don't have a manual for it. Can it be taht it needs to be reprogammed or? Wher can i get a manual?wiring diagram for this? Are these any good? Thanx for the help

Do a search on these forums for " Command Start " and you will find what your looking for. This topic has been brought up many times, so I'm sure you'll be able to find the remote transmitter programming sequence in the posts as well as wiring diagrams.
