the model no. is 392-127-114-00 it also says qs4 on it
and the last seven letters of the name is troflex.. the rest of the name was on a cover that is missing.. this remote start was in a car that i just purchased.. i was not given a remote for it.. so i dont know if it even works.. if anybody knows where i could locate the the instruction manual or knows how to reprogram a new remote.. it would be greatly appericated.. thank you !!

The car starter itself is manufactured by Astroflex, their QS4 model. You can go to their website at www.astroflex.com and then use their dealer locator function to find the dealer nearest you and get a new remote programmed or at least a point in the right direction.
