Has anyone installed a RS on a 06 Accord? I heard that the new Accords have an immobilzer system that changes the code each time the car is started. Is this correct? Is so, is there a way around this?

You can get answers to both of your questions in one thread. No on the second thread and you can get window modules to do what you want.

2006 Accord looks a little different, but it's the same as the 2003-2005 underneath. Same wiring as before.

The Accord has had an immobilzer key for years---I want to say since 1998? There are many bypass modules available, such as DEI's 555U/556U, Audiovox AS-TCBM, bypasskit.com TBKIII. One of your exisitng keys will be installed inside the module permanently.

Have done several, no wierd issues. Use either the Valet key in a box, or something like the 556Hw from DEI.

Disarm is in door, other than that, not a bad car to do.

If you use a PKH3 and HODL2 from bypasskit.com these cars are easy. If you don't have the factory alarm, you just need a PKH3.

Thanks for everyone's help! Any recommendations for a two way RS with nice remotes? I want to be able to use the remote to turn on the rear defroster and to roll up the windows using a module from https://www.kptechnologies.com/ or do you recommend one from another company? Do any RS allow you to roll the windows up and down? The factory remote wil allow me to roll all four windows down at the same time but not back up. I have to use the key to do that.

on the accord you can use a neg. output from your system to roll the windows up or down since they are set up to control the windows with the drivers door key cylinder.

Right, like mike said, you don't even need a window module.

If you send a steady ground to the arm (white) or disarm (WHITE/ red) wires in the driver's door, this will open or close the windows. This feature does NOT work with the engine running---so you'll only be able to run the windows when the remote starter is off.

The HODL2 that Worm mentions does make the job easier. But the best part about it is it saves you from fishing wires into the door----and if you want to do the windows, you have to put wires in the door anyway----so if that's what you plan to do, you may or may not want to buy that module for its other features, such as the hoodpin output.
