I'm having trouble getting the defrost and heated sets to work on a '99 Explorer Limited w/ Vallet 562T.

First the heated seats:

I've decided to connect the dark GREEN/ violet wire to the H1/12(channel 2) RED / white wire but is not working, attached is the vehical drawing for this circuit

next is the defrost/defogger circuit:

Here I've tried the dark blue/orange and the orange / YELLOW to the H3/1(blue/white) output:
