Car remote starts fine when the heater controls are off, but when you turn the heater controls on the car won't remote start, it just cranks, I am using a command start 380I, yes I am powering the second ignition properly

I have never seen this problem yet in my couple years of being an installer

someone please help

Thanksyou

figured out the above problem

Now the car starts with the remote, turn the car off and then I try it again and it doesn't start, I reprogram tach and then try it again and it works pefect this happens over and over again

I got the tach off of the fuel injector using a blue wire on one of them

For tach, try BLACK/ orange at the ECM behind the glove box.....4 or 6 cyl. reading depending on the engine size

I would want to verify the Connections also:

Constant 12 voltsWHITE & WHITE/ REDIGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 12 voltsBLACK/ REDIGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
StarterREDIGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition #2BLACK / YELLOWIGNITION SWITCH HARNESS (HEAT/AC/ECM)

hey  mo12V the connections are proper, like I said in my second post I figured out the problem, what is happening is the remote start brain keeps on loosing tach signal, and I have to reprogram everytime

That is why I would verify all connections............The first Post sounds like a wire was not correct......The TACH issue sounds like a MEMORY issue, which sounds like wrong wire..........
Just an observation......Not a cut

who knows ...could be the unit
