I just installed a viper 1020gps unit.  I am attempting to do the VUI system configuration but the phone number of 866-672-7337 listed in the manual is constantly busy.  Does someone know if they change the phone number for this ??

Perhaps someone has the link to the installation guied for the 210P gps system that replaced 1020gps.  Maybe that has the correct number in it.

There is nothing at that site about VUI activation.
