Installing a keyless entry/remote start on a 1999 Ford F-150. I'm hearing some conflicting stories about which PATS bypass to use: 555f or 555p. The 555p actually lists the 99 F150 but I'm reading that there are some problems getting them to program.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

use the 556u, you loose one key but you don't ever have a problem.

I like the OMEGA type:

Ford/Mazda Transponder Interface: PATS1 (IB-F1)

Or lose a Key:
