I just finished installing 564T with 545 nite lite and need help with problems and will admit this car is little bit out of my leauge.

On the 564T , if the remote start times out the radio will keep playing because of the acessory power until the door is opened. Is they way to trick the car into thinking the door was opened.

When the 545T turns on the headlights it dosen't allow the foglight swith to turn on or off while the 545 has control of the headlights.  Any help??? thanks

use a pulse time relay I think 528t, to pulse the door trigger when the remote start is activated (ignition neg output from brain) the time relay will stay activated for as long as the remote start is running then close the door trigger a few seconds after the car shuts down.

No need for the timer...just hook the factory rearm wire from the 564T up to one of the door trigger wires.

As far as the headlights...if you followed DEI's instructions then the light switch gets cut off when the aftermarket headlight controller is activated, which is why the fog light switch wouldn't work.
If it's important to have that working, you'll probably have to leave the wire from the light switch alone, and hook your headlight wire in somewhere else. I don't have any specific info as far as turning on the headlights, but DEI's tech support usually has all the vehicle wiring information at hand if you can give them a call.

Here's what I'm thinking - the light switch has that single wire, which shows a different resistance for each position of the switch(i.e. parking lights, parking and head, parking and fog, head and fog, automatic lights, etc.).
That wire goes to some sort of control module, which interprets the resistance and activates whatever lights are selected. It may do it directly or through a relay, but there should be a wire coming from that control module that you can use to control the lights. If you find it I would suggest diode isolating it from the control module.

well you can program the car it self to shutt of the accesory you can progran for 3 minutes to one hour for the headlights just read the instructions

using the factory rearm wire will set the alarm off... it ignores the shock and door triggers when remote start is activated... so the pulse time will be needed.

I'm not sure if you're talking about the 564T's alarm, or the Chrysler's factory alarm, but the Chrysler's wouldn't have any way of rearming that quickly, and the 564T's could be taken care of by wiring a diode inline on your preferred door trigger wire, with the alarm's door trigger input hooked up on the cathode(striped) side, and the factory rearm wire hooked up on the anode side.

Thanks for all your help it's greatly appreciated, I will try this once the car gets out of the shop( someone backed into it).  Thanks again.

p.s.  The foglights are no big deal, it would just be nice to have ability to turn them on and off once 545T is engages, your right it's a single wire resistance switch.
