I am experiencing a strange problem on a crimestopper 2000 that I put in a car today, for some reason when you arm or disarm there is always a 12+ output to the siren, also the outputs for both unlock and lock doorlocks do not work.  I am assuming that the brain of the alarm may be defective, however, just wanted to throw a post out to see if anyone else has seen a problem like this, to better trouble shoot the situation.  Just for clarification, all the wires have been checked 3 times to insure that everything else is wired correclty, the car is a 1979 camaro z28.

Over ten years ago, Crimestopper had a bad problem with out-of-the-box defects. Maybe some things never change..............
