Good Afternoon,

I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring with 4-disc CD changer. About 6 weeks ago my radio, including clock, stopped working, but not the disc changer. I thought it was the fuse, but that seemed fine. I didn't rush to get it looked at as everything else was okay. A couple of weeks ago my battery died, anyway when I called CAA to jump start my vehicle the radio came back on!!!!!!!! It was off again the next time I started it though, and stayed off until Friday, when it came on again after I gave a jump start to my wife's car!!!! The next time I started it the radio had gone again!!!!!!!

Anyone have any suggestions of what I can do, or what may be causing this problem?

Thanks

Unless you have a bad connection at the Fuse or the GRAY Plug behind the radio, what your describing is a Typical Chrysler Problem.............There are a couple of Transistors  that are BAD in that unit & it will finally give up......Look to get the radio repaired

Cheers Mo. Much appreciated.

I checked all the fuses, and took the radio...the plug looked fine.

Seen this before, problem was the ignition switch. Next time it happens check power on accessory at the switch....
