Any one know if/where I can get access to the wires for the up/dn of the drivers window in the cab? I just put in a Viper 791 and wanted to control up/dn with the aux outputs. I found the correct wires via the Hanes manual at the switch but I cannot find the wires inside anywhere, that is that I can see going into the GEM.

Am I better off battling running wires to the door?

THANX

You should go inside the door to grab window wires.

There's no other choice, it's in the door or nowhere....

What does the modules do?
I was just going to use relays sourced from B+ and maybe diode isolate.

The window control module prevents the window motors from burning themselves up trying to continue rolling the window up or down once it has reached the top or bottom of its travel. It is really 4 relays, but is much more convenient and makes for a cleaner install. Most have an input for a ground when armed wire to roll up upon arming; and a ground input for window roll-down on an aux channel. It also provides anti-pinch protection, and one touch operation of the windows from the switches.
