im looking for a very low profile strobe. its for a boat and will be mounted on the helm facing out of ht ewindsheild.

the thing is, most are just bulbs for installing in the headlamps, or the Streetglow ones that are in a rather bulky housing (at least for this install)

anyone know of a source for something low profile, that can be surface mounted and still look decent? this will be a visable install and the above light wont look good

Thanks in advance!

Does that strobe do anything special, or simply flash at regular intervals? If there's nothing already commercially available that suits you, maybe you could just get the bare LED emitters and make your own housing with a remote driver circuit, if you need something specific in mind.
