Hello. I have a 1994 Honda Accord with no powered windows... locks... etc. I am trying to add an ultrastart alarm and door actuators in order to have keyless entry by way of the alarm. Which door lock configuration should I be using?

Depending on the Door Locks or Kit you install............
Probably should go with NEGATIVE Pulse as your R / S will have that Standard Output for Door Locks.
If you use a Door Kit ( like SPAL ) it usually will have a Relay with it that will require a NEGATIVE Pulse to make them work
