I'm installing remote starter on Diesel Ford F250 year 2005..everything is fine and as my understanding is this turck glow plug wire is Data which can not be used in remote starter wait to start input.. i'm installing Cliford RS1.2 and does not have built in delay timer..must connect to wire of glow plug.. i can not buy timer module because short time and customer coming today..please help me and give me some idea ..is there any way to ge wait to start ? or if i do witout it..will it make damage to truck ? how long wait should be ? or is there any wire in truck ?

other wise you may be able to grab it directly at the wait to start bulb in the instrument cluster, im not 100% sure but i would think its just a normal 12v bulb that illuminates the wait to start icon on the cluster. worth a shot if you have no other choices. as far as the time delay anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds depending on how cold it is.

Look on the pass. side firewall....theres an amplifier looking "box" maybe 7 inches long. Thats the glow plug relay pack. GREEN / WHITE wire. It's POS(+) while the plugs heat up. Its in a green plug.
