I installed a remote starter but could not reach the horn to get the chirp conermation. I bought a horn to be dedicated to the remote starter. Could somebody help me how to wire it. I connected a constant +12 V from battery and the wire from the remote starter to the other side for negative, but I got is a very faint chirp. Do I need to boost the signal somehow or how do I do it

you need to hook it up to a relay.  I guess your remote starter has a negative output.

87 to ground, 86 from remote starter horn output (-), 85 to 12v+ (3 amp fuse), and 30 to horn ground

87a not use

Have fun
