hi there,i have a1998 gmc pick-up with the passlock system and remote car starter installed,recently my security light on the dash has come on while i was driving,and if i turn the ignition off and then on again it doesn't come back on.This has happened 3 times in last 7 months,could the remote starter be the problem?It is a prostart remote,thank you

it probably isn't the unit, it is probably our passlock module
