Wait to start is in the glow plug relay pack on the pass. side underhood firewall. GREEN / WHITE POS(+) while glow plugs are warming. Its a small silver amplifier looking box with 2 or 3 plugs in it.....look in the green plug

Wait to start connection. Connected it with relay to green and white wire in green plug at the relay on side of motor. this wire shows voltage for much longer than light stays on. Truck attempts to start but wont when voltage goes to 0. Seems to wait to long. Any other suggestions for triger wire for wait to start.   thanks

If you can set the "wait to start" for AT LEAST 30 seconds.......do that!

The 06 is WAY different from the 05.....

i am using viper 791xv. no way to delay start. The green white wire you told me about is 12v + while the glow plugs are on, but it stays on even after I start with the key after the light on dash goes out. I would rather not use a timmer. is their a way to conect it to the dash bulb?
