My sister wants keyless entry for her car and noticed for about $20.00 more I can just get the alarm. So I know it's no viper alarm like what I have, but there is a big difference in price between viper alarm and crimestopper. So my question is if installed right will these alarms perform? Has anybody had in troubles with them?

I have been using exclusively Crimestopper for about 8 years and like them very much - which model are you considering ?

I have put in several Crimestopper units in the past couple of months.  I have put in two CS 900 ER Keyless entry units and they work great!  It isnt an alarm just keyless entry/remotestart.  Excellent range and very nice installation features.  I also use to have a 9707 rage CS unit on my truck and it was very nice also.  They have been in the business a long time.  You wont be disapointed.  Brian
