I have a 2004 Honda Pilot LX and an aftermarket alarm installed.

The dome light stays on for 10 seconds after I close a door.  When I arm the alarm within these 10 seconds, I get 3 chirps indicating a door is open (but really it's the dome light fooling the alarm)

And if I wait 10 seconds after closing the door, then set the alarm, I get the standard 1 chirp.

Any ideas to overide the 10 second dome light delay?  Or disable it?  I'd rather just have it disabled.

Thanks,

Mark

I see a BLACK/ white at the interior light switch. You may have to turn open zone notification off in programming...
