Hi, I have 2005 Dodge Durango which I am installing a Remote starter. The durango has the Automatic Headlight feature. What wires on do I use to enable the parking lights for the remote starter?

Parking Lights+ pink/red (L), WHITE/ orange (R) +   fuse box, black plug, pins 6 and 5

Parking Lights- pink/red   -   headlight switch

Notes: Parking lights are negative trigger thru a 1100 ohm resistor. There is a rest resistance on the wire, so MUST use a relay to isolate away from the switch.

It means you must wire a relay 5 wire style so that when you activate the alarm it doesn't feed back to the switch side of the wire. It's easier to just use the positve and diode isolate the left and right sides....
