i wanted to know if there is anyway that i could hook up a big rig airhorn to my car alarm i have a valet 554r alarm

well a airhorn is supplied with air to work and for that you need a air compressor. they do have loud horns like the style of a big rig at local part stores give them a call. you can wire it up instead of your alarm siren. a relay from the battery and to the aftremarket horn and your trigger from the alarm to the relay will work. reffer to this fourms relay section and if you still need help wiring just keep us posted. lol

you can also use a signal flasher and connect it to the compressor of the air horns through a relay with the siren output.

diffentlt didnt have my coffee yet .what i meant to post is that the local parts store have the style that dont require air and are eletric. if you do deside to get a air compressor and horn what infinkc posted will be the way to go
