the instructions say that the 457gw will not operate the doorlocks on the aztec, so is it safe to assume that the only wires i will need to hook up to the 457gw will be power,ground,and ground while running from my remote starter? and then just hook up the data wire from the dei module to the obdII plug?

It depends. As long as the security light goes out when you remote start it your ok. If it doesn't, you'll need to hook up the 3 pin plug....

yeah i did see that note. i just wanted to make sure nothing else had to be hooked up when i benched the unit. thanks for the reply. i also noticed in the instructions they dont list the aztec. but on directwire they do. hopefully the 457gw works on this vehicle otherwise im SOL today!
