Had a person call me today wanting a RS installed in his either 2002 or 03 Impala.Key in the dash? I have installed  these in vehicles with the key on the column, but not on the dash. Are they very much harder to do,trying to get to the wires?Any tips on the parking light setup? DesignTech is the brand I'm gonna install with a Designtech bypass module.I told the guy $250.00 to do it,including all hardware.Did I undercut myself? Thanks! What should I be charging here in Central Illinois to install a RS?

The wires are easy to get to..you will have to drop the metal cover under the dash to access the wires. 250? You're not cutting yourself short depending on how good you are with alarms. I only charged a friend of mine 160 with all the relays and diodes including the bypass. As far as the parking lights, you can find the 12V wire in the pass. side of the car.

$250 is a good price!I charge $200 for remote start plus whatever the ignition bypass module costs me(if needed). That includes door locks, trunk release,2 remotes.
