i have a98 nissan maxima this is my first alarm and every thing is going good except i can get it to lock but not unlock..i using a galaxy alarm 5000rs and i using dlrm...any help is welcome

you have to go in the driver door.

run 2 wires in the driver door to control the doorlocks and alarm on that vehicle

lock is light GREEN/ red negative pulse

unlock = GREEN/ YELLOW negative pulse <-----you have to program the alarm or start(whatever your installing) to sedn 2 pulse to this wire...first pulse diarms the alarm, the next pulse unlocks the doors
