I have a crx that I bought recently and it is equipped with a clifford alarm..it has power door locks.. well anyways when i arm it, all the lights work the power lock shuts but no chirp ( bought it like that)?? I know some of you guys dont like the chirp but i cant tell when its locked or not without it ..i would really like to have this function is there some kind of switch or easy way to make it chirp. thanks alot..

it is not in valet mode the red light is not solid..everything is working fine except the chirp part..im not sure the model ill get back to you on that..thanks for the replies...any more help would be appreciated.

actually the model is an old clifford ace 100

did u install in new? If not...then the person that had it installed before you may have turned the chirps off in the program settings....also did u trigger the alarm or do a panic ....if the panic doesnt alarm the siren then u prolly have a problem with the siren itself.

Did you hook the yellow siren wire to the negative or positive side of the siren? The Ace alarms use a negative siren wire. Yeloow goes to the negative side of the siren and the positive goes to 12V...
